Welcome to another one of our magnificent 5 star Florida homes, DSV003.
This house is located on the fabulous Solana Resort. Thank you for taking the time to view our fantastic Orlando Villa that is a Davenport Vacation Rental Villa by Disney. DSV003 is the complete ultimate in executive accommodation and is only 10 minutes from Disney, Orlando.
The property has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 5 of which are mastersuites. The villa and can sleep up to 14 guests and has 3400 sq ft of living space. It is located on a south facing plot so the pool has the sun on it 12 months of the year, which makes it perfect for that winter vacation.

The house has been furnished to an exceptional standard and is not a budget home, it is an executive house more like your own home, not a rental property and is in the heart of Davenport near Disney.
There are two mastersuites that have Kingsize beds in and a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a bath. The other 4 bedrooms all have twin beds, 3 of which again are mastersuites with full bathrooms.
There is a spacious living room which has sofas and a 42" Plasma TV, VCR, DVD and CD player. The high vaulted ceilings make it very comfortable and relaxing.
There is another family room which has in it another two sofa's and is a perfect room to relax and take time out for yourself. There is a formal dining room and a fully furnished kitchen with a centre island and a nook area with a table and four chairs.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a fantastic spacious Gamesroom which has a full-size pool table, air hockey and foosball table.
The south facing pool area at the back of the house is very spacious. The decking is 40 ft wide by 30 ft and has a lot of space so no matter how many guests are here there is plenty of room. There is covered lanai that goes across the width of the house and the pool is 30ft in length. Off the main pool is a 6 person spa. We provide free of charge a large poolside BBQ grill. tables, chairs and sun loungers.
The pool heat is gas operated.
The villa is located on Solana Resort which is a brand new gated community with fantastic facilities. Not only will you be staying in the nicest houses near Disney in Orlando, Florida but you can use all the facilities at the clubhouse free of charge.
There is a reception area, formal sitting area, gym, cyber cafe, games room and arcade, outdoor pool, hot tub, children's interactive water play area, putting green, soccer field, poolside tiki bar and a children's play area.
Solana is very close to all the other major attractions that Davenport, Disney and Florida have to offer. There is a Publix half a mile away and a Walmart three miles away. There are many Golf courses all within five minutes away, some of the more famous ones are Championsgate and Reunion.
