Property description
SV006 is one of our executive 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom Vacation Rental Villas situated on the beautiful Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee.
The resort is located 10 minutes from Disney and close to Orlando and other Florida attractions.
It is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Disney, Orlando and Florida have to offer you in what will be a vacation and holiday of a lifetime.
The house has 3400 sq ft of living space, it has been furnished to a high standard and can sleep up to 16 people. There are 3 mastersuites and the bed configuration is as follows.
There are 2 bedrooms with Kingsize beds, 3 bedrooms with Queensize beds, 1 bedroom with two twins and 1 bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds.
Every bedroom in the villa has a TV.
The house has two living areas, a spacious living room that has in it sofa’s, a large 35” colour TV, DVD, VCR, CD player and a family room with some additional sofa’s. There are two sets of sliding patio doors that lead from the living room and nook area onto the poolside.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and centre island. There is a nook area with table and chairs and the dining room can seat comfortably, 6/8 people.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
There is a Gamesroom that has in it a pool table and table football/foosball. The private 30ft screened pool is set within decking 40ft wide and has a poolside BBQ grill, floodlights, tables, chairs and sunloungers.
There is a free standing hottub that can be heated up to 104%. As well as the villa,
Terra Verde also has a clubhouse on the resort that you can use. It has a meeting room, internet café, reception with a small shop, gamesroom, outdoor heated pool, hottub, basketball court and a childrens climbing frame.
